Sleeping is one thing, sleeping properly is another-
Many people sleep for, eight or nine hours and wake up, as tired; as when they, went to bed. So before, going to sleep, you must create; the best possible conditions for natural sleep-
- To begin with, reorganize your sleeping habits. It is essential to increase, the number of hours of sleep; each night. Ten is a desirable minimum.
- You must fix a time; by which, you will be in a bed; a time which you always, stick to; whatever the circumstances.
- The atmosphere, in which you sleep, is important. Your room, must be quite and well ventilated. There are infact some people, who cannot sleep; except in complete darkness. So, if you still find it difficult, to get to sleep in spite of all this; try to arrange for, the room to be completely dark.
- It is much better to carry out, few relaxing exercises. In a month or two, through doing the appropirate exercises, you will be able to achieve, considerable relaxation of mind and body.
